TXRS Partnering with the Community
Here is a list of partnernships TXRS has with the local community. This includes GED classes for clients, FACT for fathers and mothers of minor children, and HIV Testing and Peer Education for those that need testing or support groups that are diagnosed.
GED Classes
TXRS partners with Fort Worth Independent School District Adult Education to provide literacy and GED classes at no charge. With flexibility time options we are able to meet the needs of almost any schedule. Contact our office for more information.
The purpose of the FACT program is to provide fathers and mothers of minor children with a variety of free services that will help them reach their full potential as parents, providers, and partners. FACT is a partnership with Worforce Solution, New Day Services, The Parenting Center, and Catholic Charities.

HIV Testing and
Peer Education
TXRS partners with MHMR and SAMSHA to provide HIV testing and HIV Peer Education at no cost, as well as supportive services for ex-offenders diagnosed with HIV or who have a history of risky behaviors that could lead to HIV. Referrals are made to community organizations that focus on individuals diagnosed with HIV
